I wake up in the morning
And think of the stories
I have read and those
That I want to write
The verses the chapters
The scenes, the characters
The themes.
I have got it here.
I admire Wole Soyinka Chinua
Achebe, Ken Walibora.
How they grasp their world
With their artistry.
Those magical words
Never written on paper before.
I have got it here.
I admire reading.
For I know that readers
Are leaders
And so
Write things worth reading
And read things worth writings
Kwani has all of it here.
So I am fulfilled.
And so are you
